Diamond Bar Personal Trainer Sandbag Squat Workout

Hello,
I have a great exercise for you today.
This exercise really hits the legs, but also
nails the core as well.

Anytime the load you're lifting is in front of your body
the core plus spinal erectors(muscle that runs up middle of back)
really get hit.
